Agreement to Terms

By joining the thronglets waitlist, connecting your wallet, or interacting with our digital collectibles, games, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

What is thronglets?

thronglets is a digital collectibles project on the Solana blockchain. Our ecosystem includes:

• thronglets NFTs - unique digital collectibles
• $OOZE Token - our ecosystem utility token
• The Garden - an interactive experience for thronglet holders
• Games and other interactive features

Waitlist & Invite Codes

By joining our waitlist:

• Invite codes are for personal use only and cannot be sold or traded
• Each invite code can only be used once
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to thronglets
• We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse or violation of terms
• Access will be granted based on availability at our sole discretion

Wallet Connection

To use certain features, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet. By connecting your wallet:

• You confirm you are the rightful owner of the wallet
• You authorize us to read your public wallet address and associated NFT holdings
• You remain solely responsible for your wallet's security and private keys
• You understand that transactions on blockchain are irreversible

$OOZE Token

$OOZE is a utility token within the thronglets ecosystem:

• $OOZE is NOT an investment and has no guaranteed monetary value
• $OOZE can be earned through gameplay and ecosystem participation
• $OOZE may be used for in-ecosystem features, rewards, and experiences
• We make no promises about future utility or value of $OOZE

Risks & Disclaimers

By using thronglets, you acknowledge:

• No Financial Advice: Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
• Market Risk: NFTs and tokens are volatile. Values can go up or down significantly. You may lose your entire investment.
• Technical Risks: Smart contracts, blockchain networks, and wallets can have bugs or vulnerabilities.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee uptime, feature availability, or future development.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Create multiple accounts or use fake accounts
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat within our games
• Harass, abuse, or harm other community members
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our services
• Use bots or automation without explicit permission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thronglets and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the waitlist and services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the community.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our social channels. Continued use of thronglets after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
